We didn't close any stores that I know of actually we have added new stores and continue to grow like crazy. We also received "Agent of the year" from Vzw *applause* This is like the 3rd year in row we got the award, Pittsburgh Business Times put us in the top 50 of fastest growing companies and our Ceo Mr. Rodgers is basically an incrediable business man! I don't know of any closings! I guess basically what I'm saying is if you want Vzw and need great customer service Look for Freedom Wireless in or coming to a mall near you!!!! WE ROCK!

part of the pittsburgh 100 was also put us as number 1 fastest growing in all of RETAIL. and top 50 of growing companies.

great northern and south park are closed for sure,you forgot you have one at midway mall that is still open,from what i understand all the store u had located in malls owned by westfield malls have been closed.Congrats on the award,we were also awarded highest customer retention rate at our stores in N.E Ohio!

Ok Now I hate you!!! 🤣 No actually the main reason Comtel is closing is because of us they closed several of their locations in PA as well, also comtel's credit with Vzw isn't very good so alot of the phones they carrry are from cell star and have been discontinued by vzw (lgvx 3200)

A&C Cellular been here 6 1/2 years,Comtel still sells discontinued phones at our mall like the lg3200 and 6000.

Comtel is basically "the mobile solution" of Vzw they pull all kinds of shady stuff! You have no idea how many times I have to fix mistakes they make to a customers account!!!

Trust me i know! Im going to assume this was the same week they closed other stores in Ohio but they pulled out of my mall for about 8 days.No signs no phones just a empty kiosk.Then they popped back up.Only in mall mall lol!It would be nice to be the lone VZW agent again.And as far as TMS they sux too,,hounding every person that walks past,even me when they know who i work for..lol!

We actually got comtel kicked out of one the malls we are in b/c the mall violated our lease. We do so much better in malls where they are not they have 2 locations in the mall im in and there is a mobile pollution as well that just opened.
