I'm thinking about trying to get the 6256i from my local BB (if VZW really doesn't get it in at their own stores), but am wondering whether I'd be able to keep my same phone number (which I like... a lot!).
Anyone know?

as long as the original phone number is from the same local area (state) as the store you are buying it at.
