how many colors for the Razr screen???
Just curious if its 262k colors or 65k. and what is the outer screen, 65k, or 4k?...Also does anyone know if you can read texts from the outer screen and can you use the speaker phone with the flip closed? Sorry for all the questions, but i was just kinda curious about these things and I figure someone on this website prolly knows...lata errbody...chris

You will probably not be able to read texts from the outer screen as there are no outer buttons like on the LGs and Samsungs.
Speaker with flip closed should work. It does on the e815 and the original V3, so I don't see why Motorola would remove that feature. But I am just guessing on this.
As far as the screen, it will have a 262k color inner screen and a 65k color outer screen.

That's where I saw it....I knew I saw it somewhere. Thank you for finding the link.
But I would find it really hard to believe that it would only be 65k colors. Especially knowing that it will run VCast. That would look horrible on a screen of only 65k colors.

Wireless imports is actually selling the phone. I find it hard to believe that they would advertise it having 262k colors if it didn't. They could get in really hot water for that one. That and VZW normally requires 262k colors for any V-Cast phone.
It would stand to reason that the V3c would just be a CDMA version of the V3i (since they are both coming out around the same time), just without the memory card slot due to the CDMA ...

But this screen resolution is confusing...most of the sites I've seen say 65k colors yet some of the posts on here swear it is 262k. Guess we'll have to wait another 2 weeks to find out when i';s available (supposedly). Just hope it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I don't qualify for the NE2 yet.

CNet was the only place that I have seen that it was going to be 65k colors. Everywhere else I have seen it at 262k recently.
Word is that it will cost an arm and a leg and maybe even some other special parts. Full Retail is rumored to be $619.00.
