Black Friday
I am writing in hope that this isn't true...
I called my local VZW store yesterday and asked about Black Friday. The customer service guy told me that they are doing a huge sale on that day and could not tell me much more. When I inquired about my NEED to have the 9800 he said it wasn't part of their sale. I made whimpers at him and nothing changed his mind. I asked about the 8100 and he said... "I'm not saying no. And there will be other great phones as well."
I asked him when the deals would be announced or if I just needed to call back on Friday. He said, "You may see one commercial on TV."
I am hoping someone can tell me more. I really want to hear that he was misinformed about the store excluding the 9800 from the sale... ...

After you've had your big Thanksgiving dinner, while you're watching a football game or some movie to get you into the holiday mindset, I would think there will be commercials from everyone, including Verizon, that will whet our appetites for mercantile exchange. If you think Super Bowl advertising is expensive, you have NO idea. It should be interesting.

I'm eagerly awaiting upgrading my phone, i'm due for the free upgrade, and am just waiting out black friday in hopes that some of the "latest and greatest" goes on discount for the holiday season. I'm hoping to get a 9800 (altho i don't "really" need it) so i hope you are wrong.. ha ha ha 🤣
