PRL question
So... like the Big Red "V" uses *228(99) to update/ota a phone's PRL. What about other (cdma) carriers? How do say, cricket, or T-Mobile or any other cell provider update tower lists on phones?

Alltel also uses *228 or *22801 and I do know Metro Pcs uses the same thing. GSM does not do these updates and I am not sure how sprint does it.
