Using bluetooth in your car to access voicemail

howardk111

In order to access your voicemail, you have to dial the phone number, wait for the prompt and then enter your pin number. When you enter your voicemail phone number into your car's address book and dial via bluetooth, how do you enter the pause and pin number?

Thanks for your help.

Most phones will allow you to program a hard pause. If you have the current UI on all VZW phones right now, go to contacts and choose Voicemail. Hit Edit and put the cursor after the *86. Choose option and add a wait pause then your pin and #. Then save it. When you use you contacts or speed dial to call Voicemail, it will enter the pin for you.
