Is there a limit to the 15 day trial period?

If I go to best buy today and upgrade my phone the the VX9800 (side question, can they give me the 2 year agreement rate, and how does this affect my ne2 which I get in september), then in 15 days I don't like it, can I go into the VZW store and return it, and purchase a different phone? Then, lets say that phone doesn't cut it, can I go back in another 15 days and return that?

Just wondering. Thanks for your help.

If your not eligable to upgrade untill september you will need to pay full retail price for the phone you purchase. Best Buy (or any Verizon Wireless sales location for that matter) will not give you a 2 yr contract discount price because you are already in contract with the phone you have currently. And some store locations have a limit on the 15 day WFG. The general rule is after you return the first phone...your stuck with the 2nd one weather you like it or not. Some indirect agents, such as Best Buy, will not allow you to return a phone with a certian amount of talk time on it. Good luck.

actually best buy does not check minutes used, and you can return as many times as you want.

Yeah maybe with Best Buy. Almost all of the indirect agents check talk time.

Question:
Is this a fact "Almost all of the indirect agents check talk time." because I would like to see where your getting this info from.

Answer:
1. You will need to have had your phone for 22 month before you can get discounted prices
2. You can only get NE2 if you havent changed bought a phone for 24 months with discount pricing. (Now if you buy a phone off some website or get one for retail that wont effect it.)
3. You can return a phone back any number of times in that 15 day period. I wont extend out for another 15 days because people would then abuse the system and get a new phone every 2 weeks.
The catch is the phone must be in like new condition. "That is how we were trained at my location" Meaning yes things can be dif...

I have had to take my current phone in over 3 times to be fixed, so I was told because of that I qualify for two year pricing, but can I qualify at a best buy type store or must I go to a direct store?

I just was hoping there might be a way to get the NE2 a little early, oh well...

So, in that 15 day period is when you have a chance to return. You can get a new phone everyday over those 15 days, but after those fifteen days you should have figured out which kind of phone you want OR is it: after 15 days if you don't like that phone you can return it for a different phone, and then after 15 days of that next phone you can get a different phone?

Your 15 days starts the day you change off your old phone. The phone on your account on day 16 is yours.
