Rebates Question?
Are rebates valid for a phone that is bought without a new contract or upgrade? If you pay retail is the rebate valid?

I buy new phones all the time, so most I have to pay full retail for. Verizon will tell you that rebates or only available for new activations, upgrades and such, but every full retail phone I have bought, I have gone to Verizon's website on the rebate page: www.verizonwirelessrebates.com, completed the rebate form, sent in all necessary paperwork, UPC, receipt, etc. and have ALWAYS recieved the rebate.

Yeah, they are valid. I give them out with phones for retail all the time. It always works.
