That's been their stance fo' awhile now, hasn't it? That cell service in general still ain' good, but Verizon is da best of a 'motley crew'. 🙂
Kinda shocked dat Cingular came in last, an' T-mobile grabbed second. T-M does have great customer service n' all, plus cheap plans, but you'd think dat Cing's advantage in coverage would offset that.

As in any kind of survey, the survey taker has to show how he prioritized the criteria used to make the evaluation. I, like you, think that reception/coverage should trump service or low-cost plans.

It would be funny to work for a company that had 100% reception so you could be a jerk on the phone and still be the best company. That would be a wierd job though.
