Did Verizon Lock Down Razr?
I have read elswhere that the Razr v3c phone that Verizon now offers cannot be used with Mobiledit, or Moto's Mobile Phone Tools to download pictures and ringtones. Can anyone here with the new phone verify this?
I've called Verizon Customer Service and they didn't have an answer and said that tech support would be calling me, I'm still waiting past the deadline they gave me for an answer. The local stores aren't any help either.

No need to wait for a call, you won't be able to use those tools. VZW phones are locked to only use Get It Now for ringtones and such ($), and pix/flix texting to send and recv pix.

OBEX file transfer is enabled. You don't need Mobiledit, or Mobile Phone Tools to download pictures, movies, ringtones or anything in the shared folders. I tested it myself with a Belkin BT adapter and loaded up my phone, without a cable at all.
