verizon took the v60s off of there website

V60's have actually been discontinued for about 8 months, but because of the high demand for them, Motorola was able to send us a few large shipments in March of 2004 to hold people off until their next phone is released (Motorola V710). You're right though, its a great phone for someone that just needs a strong device without anything fancy. Functionality wise, I actually like this phone alot more than their T720 and T730.
