well, can you tell me if there actaully is a specific release date or if they have no idea? Also, this phone was approved by the FCC on the 10th or 12th of February so according to that theory the earliest the phone could come out is August or at worse case October! whats up with that

We have received legit information that it shouldn't be out any later than August. Other than that, I can't tell you any specific dates. Save up your pocket change though, this phone isn't going to be cheap.

Regarding our company with launch dates relating to the FCC approving phones, it usually depends on whether or not there were challenges with testing, marketing, or what the public is ready for and when. Usually however, we do launch phones 6 to 8 months after the FCC gives us the green light.
