So you can get the bank handed to you by a supervisor (it's their butts on the line) and the rep isn't going to care because (thankfully) you are off their phone and they are free to talk to other customers or laugh at you........or both.
It's not as personal as you think it is. You are not talking to a VERIZON WIRELESS machine when you call that 800#. You are talking to a human being who (in most cases) couldn't care less whether you get what you want or not. Unless you are mean to that person and even in that case, 2 hours later, you're just another mobile telephone number. So your purpose in posting this is what....?

Gotta agree. They're either tired of hearing customers ask for credits, or has a sup that caves in to custs rather than backing up the CSR. I had a sup like that when I worked in T-Mo's call center. All the cust had to do was confuse him, and he would give them a credit, and this guy was PREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEETTY easy to confuse. 🙄 He'd been demoted from manager for that reason. But the way this poster is speaking doesn't sound like a legit cust bragging about how awful he is.
