National Access

Anyone know why National Access Server is down, or when they will get it back up? Tech support thought it might be my phone, and referred me to the VZW store where I bought it 3 weeks ago. We switched it out to a new treo and that didnt fix the problem, called Tech Support again, said it could be the phone and to replace it again, or it could be the server. Replaced the phone again and it still wouldnt connect, called tech support again... Said he could troubleshoot but that would probably not solve the problem and that they were having some "issues" and to call back in the morning....anyone know anything about this?
3 Treos in under an hour, 3 calls to Data Tech Support...and nothing resolved â˜šī¸

why would you leave the store with out testing it? 😕

At least by the third one, I would have been like... hell no, I am not leaving here untill my "NA" works like it should.

Well when I left the store the 1st time the phone was making and receiving calls I wasnt even thinking about national access not working. Then when I got in my car I tried to wireless sync to get my contacts back, and thats when I noticed the problem. I just got off the phone with Data Technical and it seems everything is fixed now....i hope
