Customer service and store reps would greatly appreciate it if customers would not verbally abuse us because you are not eligible for an upgrade. We understand you want to get the new phone for Christmas but if you are not eligible, you are not eligible. Swearing and screaming at us excessively will not change that upgrade date.
So please, in the spirit of Christmas (you know, goodwill towards men and all), please show some restraint when we advise you are not eligible for a discount.

well I dont care about your upgrades and your christmas bullspit! I NEED my Razr. I have a job where I need to DIRECTLY interact with customers. Impressions and apperances are everything, I need this Razr for my business. My other phone's been dropping calls and it got wet and I know you really don't care but for those of us who VALUE or positions in life it's imparative that I not only have a phone that works, but one that looks a certin way. You make your money off the service, not the handset that is made for like 3 bucks in some chineese country.
