Renewal question

Hey All I got a question being that they are alot fo VZW reps on there. I have the LG VX4400 and the phone is having problems. I called the insurance company and opened a claim but I did not submit the 50 yet for the replacement phone which woud be the vx4500, because I was waiting for the new phones to come out. My question is being that I do have a claim open with the insurance company if I choose to cancel the claim and get one of the new phones and extend my contract for another 2 yrs. (trying to wait for the a670) Would I have to pay full price for the phone or could I get it at the current promotion, what ever it may be at that time?😕

Promotion price would only be available to you upon meeting the following requirements based on our "Early Upgrade" Program. Completed 12 full months with your current handset, be on a rate plan of $59.99 or higher (or migrate to), and renew for an additional 2 years. The insurance company determines what equipment they replace for you at the time of your claim. A claim and purchasing a new phone from a retail store are two completely different situations

Ok check this out.

Careful with the insurance. If they have any lg-vx4400's left in stock you WILL get one of those. This I have learned from experience. No matter what the CSR says from Asurion...

If you get a lg-vx4500 then roll with it. That phone is sweet. Granted you lose the tri-mode and hit dual-mode BUT 90% of customers don't need the analog service anyways.

Consider that for an upgrade on a lg-vx4500 runs about 149.95 with a $50 rebate.. Dude in a flash I would take that lg-vx4500 for the $50 deductable. THAT and you don't have to re-up your contract of any form. ^_^

this has nothing to do with early upgrade or phone insurance. If you qualify then you do if you dont you dont.....you will know if you qualify by your equipment contract end date you can do it 60 days early from that date if you qualify you will get promo pricing if not full retail
