Flip phone question
I have customers whom complains that the side buttons on his e815 are hit accidentally and his ringer goes off.
Can that be turned off or what are good flip phone options? Signal quality is important.

I was hoping to find out more models that are like the LG 8100 or how to turn off.
Someone wrote they have a lock for external keys on the E815.
I looked by can not find that option.

Get the Nokia 6256i and lock the keypad and you won't have that problem anymore.

you would think by now, that the carriers would have passed the information on to the manufacture's that there needs to be an option in the menu to disable the side buttons, man, what a concept. 😲

I don't remember. I haven't had that phone since September. I think it was somewhere in security or Initial Setup. Or somewhere like that. I know it was in settings somewhere. It was called "Side Key Guard"

Menu star (*) activates the key pad lock and locks the side keys.
This eliminates the ring volume from being lowered or higher ed by accident.
