When does a Service Disconnect take place?
If I have a good pay history, and (4) years as a Verizon Customer how long does it take if I missed a monthly bill or bills?

Honestly, the Financial Services department CAN suspend service even just one day into the "past-due" status. Realistically speaking, it usually takes a couple of weeks before they'll interrupt service.

90 days is when your service is cut off... 120 is when it goes to collections.
