LG VX-7000 Officially launches June 25th!

I made my way out the store this afternoon to make a bill payment when I overheard some talk about the LG VX-7000. I got involved in the conversation with the reps and out of no where, the manager brings the store demo phone out for the reps to play with. I got my hands on it and it's a beauty. They told me that Video Messaging was officially launching on June 25th with the VX7000 being the launch phone followed by the Audiovox CDM9900 (no date on that yet). Video Messaging will be billed the same as Picture Messaging and will be part of the PIX package. They also informed me that the LG VX-6000 is on its way out, which is why they're offering a Buy One Get One Free on it. They said it isn't advertised in the Region (From NY down to VA) but ...

the a670 is a nice piece, too. but it doesn't have video messaging. sure, i can record a video but i can't do anything else with it. only two 15-second clips anyway. the vx7000 is a lot nicer live btw.

yeah, that's the date. one of the reps showed me some info about it on her computer. she went to her start page (intranet i'm assuming) and searched for "video messaging" and pulled up a powerpoint presentation that had all the info about it. she wouldn't print though. figured that.
