I had a GOOD cust. service experience, despite what DKVZW might want you to think
I have a corporate discount on my plan, which gets me 20% on the line and 25% on accessories through the site. I tried purchasing an accessory by going into my account on VZW's site and selecting the item I wanted. The discount didn't show up.
I called customer service today, explained that I wanted the extended-life battery for my phone (E-815), asked if it included the cover to go over the larger battery, she confirmed that it did. She then processed the order, including the discount. However, when she told me the before-discount price it was $20 less than the price listed on the site, for the same item. She verified that the order she was placing was what I wanted, offered me insurance on the item which I declined since I have TEC...

I should have figured it was too good to be true. I had called on Tuesday, figured my part SHOULD arrive by Friday. It didn't. I called this morning and they tell me the order got kicked back. The CSR didn't know WHY it got kicked back but the price I got quoted was most definately wrong. The CSR I spoke with re-processed the order and will check on it tomorrow and give me a call if something goes wrong.
