Teletech Holdings, Inc?
Apparently these are CSR subcontractors for Verizon Wireless, is this still in-effect today?

Just curious... (IMHO they outsource to many... ) Just wanted to know if Teletech Holdings was still one of them. (More likely for VZW West than for VZW East).

I agree to a degree. When I worked for Echostar/Dish Network I was in one of the direct call centers. I liked the fact that it was my personal reputation on the line for every escalated resoultion, tech, or disconnect that came my way. I took pride in my job. I knew that it was our stats that determined our standings with orther companies, and in turn our encentive bonues (profit sharing, 401k contrabutions). We did have some outsourced call centers (One in the phillipines (sp) and one in inda). Granted, at first I used to cringe every time i heard "this is XXX from the Orange call center...." but the same was with any call center when it opened.
