I apologize to anyone who already knew this, but I decided I'd better share the info for those who didn't. If you want to play videos from your computer on your vcast phone, you need to convert them to 3g2 format and add them to your "My Flix" file. Here is a link to a conversion tool. I couldn't get it to play/convert WMV, but it does play 3g2 videos, and will play Mpeg and convert it to 3g2 so you can put it on your phone.

Via email? They are decent quality, each file is ~45 mb. Yahoo is limited to 10 mb files, I beleive. I'll try to upload some of them somewhere, how does this sound to you? 😎
