I think lately people who used to respond to questions about Verizon service have left because we now see an increase in people simply complaining about their service provider or Verizon as a whole. That's their business, but usually I come in this forum to either answer the questions I can or ask questions that some of the better educated in Verizon posters can answer for me. Too often now I see posts left by people who aren't asking questions, but posting rants about how their being taken or how Verizon should run its business. While this board is obviously open to all, it seems rather silly to believe that anyone posting or reading here would have any direct control over the major service providers business structure.
