Verizon and the VX-7000a or VX-7000?
Does anyone definitively know if Verizon is going to offer the VX7000a - which is the one with tri-mode?

I don't think so, from what I've heard. The launch document was on VZW's Infocenter a few days ago, but it's not there now.
I think the trimode model will probably go to one of the regional CDMA carriers like Alltel. VZW is making a push to have mostly digital handsets in the future, with only one or two trimode offerings. Personally, I think it's a mistake, but what do I know... ☹️

The phone is on our info center as coming soon. So I'm pretty sure it is by the end of this month. NO specific dates.
