Yes you can buy your phone at retail price and not have to sign a contact but you have to go to the nearnest vzw store near you..

Yes you can buy a phone @ retail cost. You can call Sales through your local customer service by dialing 611 sEND. they can ship you a phone as well. But i guess it depends on quick you want the new phone
