Ok, so I am guessing you have either the motorola e815 or RAZR, or the LG VX 8100 as you combined the names of your phone.

If you have the Moto e815, yes, you can use any sound you send to the phone as a ringtone. Simply save the sound file from your message and then set it as a ringtone in the normal fashion.

If you have the RAZR or the LG VX8100, you cannot do this without using the data cable and Bitpim (or another hacking program for your phone).
