I played with the one my boss has - and it rocks as far as email goes. You absolutely need Blackberry Enterprise Server to use this thing to its full potential. It ain't cheap, but what good things in life are?

The phone side of it is acceptable, nothing fancy, but who cares as long as it works as advertised, right? I was using a headset with it, and it sounded a bit off, but it might have been the POS headset my boss bought.

My biggest complaint has to be the cost of the hardware. 'Taint cheap. The MRC isn't bad for what you can do.
