I had a lady come in saturday complaining about her 150.00 rebate that she had to wait 180 days for. She could not understand why VZW wouldn't back this rebate and wirefly was telling her that she didn't meet all the qualifiers...they said she sent it in 2 weeks too early and disqualified her. Of course when she was looking to buy that phone and we were 100 dollars higher (because of that 150 rebate) it was a DEAL she just couldn't pass up. But now she wants us to take care of her and contact wirefly and everything! What NERVE!

Right after her another lady came in upset because they sent her the wrong phone and assigned her a phone number in a completely different STATE! Once again...they had the Moto E815 for free (After 140.00 re...

amen brother..

i can have a store full of paying customers but have someone get a phone through vzw.com or the corporate stores than want me to transfer their phone books, explain thier plan, show them how to use their phone, while im doing this all for free I'll still get to hear them complain about something or another. You don't know how many things we do above corporate store for free but still have customers complain when I charge them 5$ to transfer a phone book, or a esn change only IF THEY DONT GET THEIR PHONE THROUGH ME. I may not beable to sell you a sh*terola 276 for free but I can surely help you for free if you purchase your phone from me.

people are crazy

in regards to all the people buying on amazone/inphonic/wirefly/etc...i agree, it's their own damn fault they're waiting 6 months for their rebates...if they wanted promptness (best to our ability) then they should've come to us. again...it's like going into a drug store, getting a mail-in rebate for a shampoo they sell and expecting the drug store to contact the shampoo's brand name to assist with the rebate......not our company, not our problem. we provide service for wirefly just like drugstore sells shampoo.
