too many changes....and some customer rant.

ok, enough about the equipment peeps, how about the policies/fees/etc. i do customer srvc for vzw. luckily, i'm an outsourcer who is not actually employed by vzw and our contract is up with them on 2/28 (two weeks left...yay!!) anyway..... im a little annoyed about the "worry free guarantee" they have. on 2/5/06, they begain a policy that ANY plan change will extend your contract. moving up/down in minutes? cant unless u take a new contract. its BS. i'm a vzw customer and it was nice knowing any new chgs b/c i'm a cust serv rep but that is rediculous! and $20 to change an ESN..all we do is add/remove some numbers in the damn system and the cust does the rest. i was never really so Pro or so Con about any paticular carrier (and i thi...

thanx 😉 ...just b/c i do work for them, doesnt mean i'm going to back their every move...people need to see all spectrums.
