Hi. My name is Kate. I'm from PA. One of my friends recently gave me his cell phone (Samsung SCH-N330) because he can't afford his $700 bill. However, I can't activate the phone because of the delinquent account. Does anyone know of a way around that so I can activate the N330 under my account? I'm considering also selling the phone. I don't know. I've almost had 22 months with my current phone so I believe they'll give me a new one upon signing a new contract and all. But either way, is there a way to make this phone able to be activated? Any info. would be a great help! Thanks!

Dude... Come on. That phone pops up when you press the buttons on the side!!!! It's like the Matrix.

A phone with MP3, camera, camcorder, EVDO, keyboard, widescreen, stereo speakers, and speaker phone can't compete with that.

IT FREAKIN POPS UP!!!!

well, it does need to be deactivated from his acct and it wont be unless lost/stolen...but in that case...he'll need to call to suspend it and make sure they dont put it on the stolen phone list or u (or anyone) wont be able to activate it. just have him call due to lost. unless his service has already been interupted for non payment, then u cant susp the phone
