Can you recommend a good VZW Bluetooth phone?

I'm looking for a new VZW phone with Bluetooth capabilities. I recently got the new Nokia 6256i and I didn't have a very good experience with it. I don't know if I just got a defective phone cuz other people seem to rave about it, but I don't know if I want to try another. The reception wasn't as good as my old Nokia w/o Bluetooth and within 3 weeks, the lighting on my keypad had completely disappeared.

Now looking for a new phone. Thinking about the Samsung SCH-A970 or LG VX-9800. Anybody have any thoughts/comments/good or bad experiences with these phones that they would like to share?? Any other VZW Bluetooth phones that you would recommend?

Thanks so much!

I think you had a bad 6256i. I have one and I think its very good. My bluetooth works perfectly and my call quality is outstanding.

I did have a LG VX9800 and the Moto 815 and they were both good phones as well. I just like having the full OBEX BT profile so I can synch my Outlook with my 6256i.

Just for contacts? My E815 will do this with a BT-capable computer, just need the MPT suite.

Actually I use it for my Calendar... while I technically retired last year I'm still in the real estate game; just not working for wireless companies anymore assisting them in land/lease acquisitions for cell sites.

I didn't really try to do anything with my E815 other than my car and my headset because I didn't want the frustration; thats why I had a Treo 650. That too was stolen.

Calendar synchs also. All the Oulook synch functions work properly, it's just the file transfer that isn't allowed.
