VX 6000 firmware?

Can somebody please tell me what the latest firmware version is for the VX 6000?

I want to make sure I have the latest versions of software installed on my phone? How do I update it if I have an old version?

Call VZW and ask or go to a VZW store(not a kiosk or car toys or radio shack). Only a vzw store can flash the software to the phone

As a (4) year Verizon Customer, I can't imagine going anywhere else for help, service, or advise, other than a Verizon Center?
