😲 I have insurance on it, so i'm not worried about that, but what should I do? It may end up turning up in the next couple of days, so I want to wait before I put in the claim, but at the same time if it was stolen I don't want to be get stuck with a 10,000 dollar phone bill. What am I supposed to do in this situation?

ASAP, call in to customer service and tell them what happened, and that you want to see if you can find the phone before filing a claim, and they can turn that phone off so nobody can use it, and if someone tries to turn it on, they will not be able to as the esn number will be red tagged. You can also ask them if any calls have gone thru since you lost it.

I should clarify, that if you have the phone turned off and find it later, you can have it turned back on, just have to call in and give them your information, password, ect to prove it is you, and they will turn it back on, it just prevents someone else to turn it on if they find it.
