I have this 1-800 number keep calling me and I can't get them to stop. Everyday they keep calling me..

Can customer service block an incoming call if I give them the number?

Anyone ever have any experiences like this?

Thanks.

If you call customer care they should be able to block any number as long as u have that number. I havehad several customers come in and have certain numbers blocked (usually ex gf/bf etc) but a 800 number sounds like a company or telemarketer, which shouldn't have got your number in the first place unless you gave it to them ( yeah I hate collection agencies too LOL 😉 ) Well good luck, easiet way, is to dial 611 on your cell, when the prompts come up hit 0,0 then that will take you directly to a customer care representative. Hope it helps. 🙂

You are wrong, customer service will not block callers or numbers from calling your phone. You can block text messages though at vtext.com by address or #, email etc.

Customer service can add caller id blocking, which prevents your number from showing on caller id when you call someone.

Only option customer service can offer is to have the phone number changed.

If it is a 800 number call 888-382-1222 and put your phone number on the do not call list. Now that telemarketers have access to cell phone numbers.

Sound advice. I put my cell on the Do Not Call list awhile back, haven't received any calls from the waste o' skin telemarketers yet ('cept for one, but I wuz dumb enough to enter a contest).
