I know it would be very hard to get, but i live in south jersey close to i295, and there is this one road that i always drop my call! and it is only verizon, there is a cingular/nextel tower located on that road! is there any way i can get info about asking verizon to put (i dont know the word for them, but the white prongs, so for arguments sake lets just call them a "site") a "site" on this tower?

if so what steps woud have to be taken.
