VZW Rep Questions re: Merit Plan and $21.77 Discount
My billing cycle ended last week. When my statement became available online I reviewed it to see if there were any errors. I had recently switched from the original Vcast plan to Vcast music, and wanted to see if I got my free month as promised. Good think I looked as VZW had billed me for it, given me a credit, and billed me again on a different line.
One of my questions is, I have a $99.99/month plan (not counting Vcast, txt, etc.). Is there any possible program that I could have been put on - perhaps accidentally - that would give me a $21.77 discount? I'm not complaining, but that's what showed on my bill and I don't know why?
Can someone explain the Merit Plan? Last year I read about a discount program for "VIP" type VZW sub...

Upgrades every year with two year pricing with a two year extension and 25 percent off VZW's already overpriced accessories.
30 bucks for a car charger...WOW! Now it is only 22.50 This is still 7 bucks more then I would charge. I sell aftermarket Cla's for 15 and OEM for 20. Lifetime warranty on the aftermarket cla's. And I don't get the cheapos that cost like under a buck and have a three inch cord.

Naw...just p!ssed at VZW right now. They ask all us dealers to spend a bunch of money for advertising, hiring, and expanded store hours just to give Walmart a better deal then they give us. Back stabbing company. Reminds me of the way ATT was to their dealers before most defected. And then they turned around but it was too late...VZW is taking some of the same steps.
I also love the customers that want me to take 25 percent off my prices that are already more then 25 percent less then the retail store. And VZW tells us dealers that they will make it so we can offer the Merits upgrades. Oh, but then send offers to customers that based upon what VZW is offering us dealers for commissions versus what we buy the phones for...we can't com...

Look you jackoff.......if you don't like it,get out of the business.There is a reason Verizon Wireless is the best...because we are the BEST.Quit your whimpering and whining and suck it up.If you were concerned with making any money at all you wouldn't be a reseller...you would wprk directly for Verizon.
