Can a person do early upgrades thru an agent, or do we have to go thru verizon. I assume the agent takes it in the shorts here also.

If you are talking about the merits program and doing an upgrade than YES some agents can do an early upgrade. If you are just talking about an early upgrade just for the heck of it then no.

We will where i am at, something is always better than nothing. We do take a kick in the groin, but it adds a number and gives us a chance to sell a few accessories and features to hopefully help a little.
