VZW reps: V710 BT Class Action Suit over Feb 26th?
I was told that the suit is over, and we will be able to get our refund, or whatever we selected on Feb 26th through some 3rd party, is this correct? Thanks.

suit will most likely be over on 3/16/06 after 2nd group time is up to contest in any way. so with in 90 days of marcch 16th info will be sent out on were to exchange or send phone to if you are going to another carrier. a web site is supposed to be set up to pick out replacement phone. and this is if you sent back form/forms sent to you. so at this time it looks like by middle of june to be able to exchange, or which ever you marked on form for.
