Need Bluetooth Phone w/ support for Palm Zire 72 for data or modem connection
Help, please.
I'm a current user a v710. I've got an option to get a new phone now. I went to Verizon's web site to see all *kinds* of what seemed at first like cool new phones. Like the RAZR.
I come to read the Verizon FAQ's and find out they are NOT supporting a Bluetooth profile that will the phone to be used as a modem or data connection for a PDA like my Zire 72.
WTF is going over there? Have they lost their minds entirely? Is this true?
I called support and they told that it's true - they aren't supporting this "profile" anymore.
I figured you guys will have to have the scoop on if this is doable or not with the new phones - is there a way to get around this and use one of the new phones as I do now with my v710 - a...
