Anyone have any phones....
plan a, the long scam> buddy up with someone working at a vzw store. anyone who can change an esn. get them to enter the esn, then manually change the product code to a similar phone (ie, any camera/flip phone or whatever by the same manufacture) this can sometimes confuse the system and allow it to go through.
plan b, call assult> keep calling customer service until someone can make the esn go through.
now before anyone comments on how improbable either of these options are, remember, my first line was "realisticaly, no"

its a scam because its not honest. verizon only wants authorized poop phones on their network. it would not be honest to try to fool the system.
Its not dishonest! How is it now honest if I want something that has more features than my 9800? I want something that is better....not a bad thing at all.

All you ever say is that the standard UI is a bad thing, well if you had everyday interaction with customers, as I do, you would know that a very large majority of customers think that the standard UI is great. Most will tell you that they like that better than all of the extra add on features such as cameras and vcast. People like simplicity.
Why do you think that Windows became so popular? It was simple and straight forward. The vast majority of computers sold in the US run a windows operating system, and guess what windows has...

Just wait, this is coming to other carriers in the future. I know how much I like this, I cant imagine how much a rep will like this when they are walking customers thru phone issues.
