RAZR V3I

While I was in Europe on business last week, I upgraded my European Vodafone phone to one of the new RAZR V3I's. Yeah they are expensive but cost wasn't the issue. I wanted a phone that did the things I wanted it to without a lot of run around. Its also a very nice looking phone and nothing is locked out of it.

Now, while I am in the States (most of the year) I find I can also use this phone on the Cingular network by porting my US number from Verizon to Cingular. I'm off contract now and have that option at no cost. The odd thing is, that Vodafone still shows Verizon to be one of their worldwide partners and says that this phone will work on the Verizon network while traveling to the states (at a much higher roaming cost however.) If any tech can change your GSM phone into a CDMA phone (impossible) yes!
Now, I have a question for you.... Why did you get the V3i? You should had gotten the V3x... 🙄
