I was in a building @ UTA recently and my cingular phone would not get any service and i was also in rockwall @ the chili's right off of the highway and it did the same thing.. how is verizon????

no guarantees for coverage in buildings, but i would recommend calling vzw and asking them, i think they can pull up a map of a specific address or city

How Service Works
Wireless phones use radio transmissions, so we can't provide service when your wireless phone isn't in range of one of our transmission sites, or a transmission site of another company that's agreed to carry our customers' calls, or if there isn't sufficient network capacity available at that moment.
