Question for VZW reps!
what are some of the rediculous reasons people give just to cheat their way into getting a new fone via warranty? Where i live people always use the old "phone shuts down randomly" garbage. 😳

I'll help anyone get a FRU. I don't mind taking someone's new phone and giving them a refurb. And if turns out they damaged the orignal, they'll see the full retail price for that phone on their next bill. 🤣

i get the "my phone drops call" then Ill update it and say that should take care of the problem..
then the customer always comes back with, "the battery doesn't hold a charge" or something else.
I've noticed if you fix one thing theres always another problem.. So I've learned just to replace them and not troubleshoot, they won't be happy till the damn things replaced.
