A TV production company that has relationships with MTV and Fox Broadcasting Co. revealed plans to create a new division responsible for creating video content for mobile devices and PCs. Bunim-Murray Production's CEO said its M Theory Entertainment unit would continue producing Fox's "The Simple Life" mobisodes it distributes exclusively through Verizon Wireless' V Cast.
