RAZR V3c Vibe Then Ring Tutorial (for n00bs)

First Step: Download the v3c modem drivers
http://home.comcast.net/~hookid/DriverTool.rar » (to extract you will need winrar)
Click on the exe file and it will install the drivers, plug in your motorola phone click yes when the dialouge box comes up and it will install the drivers, after it says "your hardware is installed and ready to use" or whatever, unplug then phone and head to this next step
Then you need to download these 2 programs.
