No, IN means Verizon Wireless Cell phone to Verizon wireless Cell phone, not incoming calls. Its confusing for most customers - even though VZW makes it pretty clear...

People are just stupid. LOL

No IN is the correct way to describe it. Mobile to Mobile could be VZW to T-mo. IN describes VZW to VZW.
