ok what the hell this customer is telling me that costco will waive her activation... ok i confirmed that... she also told me that they give free accessories... ok confired that... finally she said they offer some kind of costco insurance that is free of charge and last like 2 years or something...??? can't seem to find any one to back this up!! is there anyone out there who has recieved such a deal? or employee who will comment how this works? these big corporate giants need to stay out best buy is undercutting prices all around and costco is giving away this impossible gimicks to which we can't compete and so rumor has it walmart will be doing the samething as best buy probably to a more extensive degree!

YEP, its all true. We are up against one of the best return policies out there. Costco will pretty much take back anything at anytime. They do give them free cases and VPC's, but don't worry there cheap and break. I've alredy had dozens of customer try to return it to me. Just wait until they start spinning your customers. It looks like the best is yet to come with the addition of Wal-Mart. Thank god they are only Impulse in my area so far.

🙂 Yea its true!!!! the return policy is great. if you buy a phone from costco, you can return it 5 years from the date you brought it if you wanted to!!!! (only if the costco phone kiosk is still standing) LOL 🤣

i am a manager of a costco kiosk and its definately all true, they will take back any phone as long as it has a legitimate problem, but stuff like running it over with the car doesnt count. activation fees come back in MIR form, the accessories arent that great of quality, but you cant complain about free stuff. i just wish we had instant rebates for verizon

the only thing that holds us back sometimes is that we only carry 4 different models of phones for each carrier at a time, so selection can be limited. and the fact that we need to sell blackberrys/pda phones because a lot of people that shop at costco want them, and most costco stores dont sell them
