Cingulars 1000 anytime minutes for 39.99. Sure norollover or weekend minutes but still a good deal ๐Ÿ˜• I guess verizon is feeling no fear.

why would they need to counter that? thats not a good deal really if a person just wanted alot of anytime minutes they would go to t mobile and get 1500 for the same price. they would get better customer service from t mobile to.

unlimited mobile to mobile and unlimited night/weekends is more beneficial to most customers then the anytime minutes.

I think itโ€™s a fair deal itโ€™s certainly better then 450 minutes for 60 bucks! (Cingular side) I don't use my phone anymore on the weekends so I can see it be an attractive deal for some. I just think verizon should throw up a similar option.

Come on Gunny just admit it before the other Vzw fans in the room. You want to port your land line over to us. ๐Ÿ˜ˆ

It's a better deal for those ppl who use their phone more during the week and maybe have few mobile to mobile contacts.

well you dont get mobile to mobile either with it so really its not that great of a plan unless you only use your phone during the week days and dont use it all that much.

Verizon has had this plan available in most West area markets for over a year... It's just not an advertised plan.

After a record-breakin' 2 million net add quarter, and after beatin' Cing 4 out of the last 4 quarters, wouldn't you? ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Cingular's startin' to price a lil' bit like T-mobile, cus'... well, they have to, to get good results. Though you'd think the Radio Shack deal'd be helpin' them out enough so that they didn't have to go there...

Maybe they only offer it in specific markets, but in Montana (where I am) Vzw does offer 1000 Min for 39.99. (no M2M or Night and Weekend, but you can add them for $10.00 each a month)
