I just got a razr phone & my least favorite color is red, and of course on the main screen there are red bars at the top and bottom. Is there any way to change this? The verizon people tell me it's in display themes, but when I change that nothing happens to it.

sorry guy but they did not tell you the truth. there is no way to change the color the red bars is part of verizons new UI. you cant change it

well actually verizon wasnt lieing to you. They just misunderstood you. You cannot change the red, but you change display themes which makes the menus and each background on the menu screens a different color. So i think they just misunderstood you. Sorry

weather they misunderstood or lied the red bars are permanent. i cant tell you how many times i was in a verizon store and overheard horrendous lies. not to say they all do that, but i have heard a lot untruths coming out their mouths

Yeah, they were really snobby to me also. I hate having to ask them questions or even going to upgrade my phone just because of they way they act towards customers.
