Anyway....I get new phones a lot because I get bored easily with them. When something new comes out I usually get it. Since I am not due for upgrades I pay full retail. I thought then, that my eligibility date to get a discounted phone would always be the same (every 22 months or now actually every 12 since I am a Merits Member now) regardless of how many times I bought a phone at full retail. Well, I knew it had been awhile since I got a discounted phone so I called CS to see when I would be eligible again (planned on using it for the 870 when it comes out). They told me that my last upgrade was 3-2-06! Well that is when I last purchased a phone, full retail, so I thought they misunderstood...

Unless you accept a discounted price you are still entitle to the discount evry 22months
This is per the verizon wireless website to get to click on the plans section then the "New Every Two" link underneath Included Features.

Notice the part about replacing your handset at a discounted price. That's where I'm confused. I haven't replaced at a discounted price, I've always paid FULL RETAIL.
your customer care rep will be able to view the order even if you went into a store. they can then see that you paid full retail and get a supe to adjust the NE2 date accordingly.
